Safari bookings are confirmed only after 100% advance payment.
Infants are not allowed on the Leopard Safari.
Online bookings get first priority for safari vehicle allocation.
Each gypsy accommodates 5–6 guests maximum, including children (above 2 years).

📌 Confirmation Policy

You will receive a confirmation email/voucher within 24 hours of successful booking.
If your selected slot is unavailable, we will offer alternative timing options.
Once you approve, a new updated confirmation voucher will be issued.

📌 Cancellation Policy

20+ days before safari: 10% cancellation fee
15–20 days before safari: 20% cancellation fee
7–15 days before safari: 50% cancellation fee
0–7 days before safari: 100% cancellation fee (No refund)
No-shows or late arrivals: No refund or rescheduling
Cancellations due to weather, government rules, or operational reasons may not qualify for a refund. Alternatives will be offered where possible.

Booked Burj Khalifa Tickets At the Top 124th 125th Floor

Great experience on burj khalifa and especially suggestion for skip the queue and goto 148th floor. Saved lot of time by skipping queues and great view from 148th floor. Also free lounge access on 148th floor with unlimited tea,coffee and baklava.
