📌 Booking Policy

• Birding (Birdwatching) in Jawai bookings are confirmed only after a 50% advance payment.
• Infants and children below 5 years are not allowed to participate in the birding activity.
• Online bookings receive priority for jeep and guide allocation.
• Each birding jeep accommodates a maximum of 4–6 guests for a quiet and comfortable experience.

📌 Confirmation Policy

• A confirmation email or booking voucher will be shared within 24 hours of successful payment.
• If the selected time slot is unavailable, alternative time slots will be offered.
• Once the alternative option is approved, an updated confirmation voucher will be issued.

📌 Cancellation Policy

• 20 days or more before the activity: 10% of the total amount will be deducted.
• 15–20 days before the activity: 20% of the total amount will be deducted.
• 7–15 days before the activity: 50% of the total amount will be deducted.
• 0–7 days before the activity: 100% cancellation charges (no refund).
• No-shows or late arrivals are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.
• Cancellations due to weather conditions, government regulations, or operational reasons may not be eligible for a refund. Alternative options will be offered wherever possible.

📌 Rescheduling Policy

• Rescheduling is allowed once if requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled birding activity.
• All rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
• No rescheduling is allowed for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

📌 Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed strictly as per the cancellation policy mentioned above.
• Payment gateway or transaction charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds made via Razorpay, PayPal, or other payment gateways follow their respective processing timelines.
• All refunds are issued only to the original mode of payment.

• Eligible refunds are processed within 5–10 working days.
