📌 Booking Policy

• Hiking & Trekking in Jawai bookings are confirmed only after 50% advance payment.
• Infants and children under 5 years are not allowed to participate in Hiking & Trekking in Jawai.
• Online bookings get first priority for vehicle and instructor allocation.
• Each training batch accommodates a maximum of 4–6 guests.

📌 Confirmation Policy

• You will receive a confirmation email/voucher within 24 hours of successful booking.
• If your selected slot is unavailable, alternative time slots will be offered.
• Once approved, an updated confirmation voucher will be issued.

📌 Cancellation Policy

• 20+ days before activity: 10% cancellation fee.
• 15–20 days before activity: 20% cancellation fee.
• 7–15 days before activity: 50% cancellation fee.
• 0–7 days before activity: 100% cancellation fee (no refund).
• No-shows or late arrivals are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.
• Cancellations due to weather, government regulations, or operational reasons may not qualify for a refund. Alternatives will be offered where possible.

📌 Rescheduling Policy

• Rescheduling is allowed once if requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled training.
• Subject to slot and vehicle availability.
• No rescheduling is allowed for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

📌 Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed strictly as per the cancellation policy.
• Transaction and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
• Payments made via Razorpay, PayPal, or other gateways follow their respective refund timelines.
• Refunds are issued only to the original mode of payment.

📌 Refund Processing Timeline

• All eligible refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
