📌 Booking Policy
- Safari bookings are confirmed only after 100% advance payment.
- Infants are not allowed on the Leopard Safari.
- Online bookings get first priority for safari vehicle allocation.
- Each gypsy accommodates 5–6 guests maximum, including children (above 2 years).
📌 Confirmation Policy
- You will receive a confirmation email/voucher within 24 hours of successful booking.
- If your selected slot is unavailable, we will offer alternative timing options.
- Once you approve, a new updated confirmation voucher will be issued.
📌 Cancellation Policy
- 20+ days before safari: 10% cancellation fee
- 15–20 days before safari: 20% cancellation fee
- 7–15 days before safari: 50% cancellation fee
- 0–7 days before safari: 100% cancellation fee (No refund)
- No-shows or late arrivals: No refund or rescheduling
- Cancellations due to weather, government rules, or operational reasons may not qualify for a refund. Alternatives will be offered where possible.

- Rescheduling allowed once, if requested 72+ hours before safari.
- Subject to slot & vehicle availability.
- No rescheduling for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
